Michelle Ausfresser Counselling – Queen Street Health Collective
"I am a Master’s-level counselling psychology student therapist working under clinical supervision. I bring both lived and clinical understanding into my work as a person who has lived with chronic health issues, is neurodiverse, and a caretaker. I offer a collaborative, relational approach to therapy where we move at your pace—not the pace you feel pressured to keep up with. I meet clients where they are at. For some, that means deep emotional exploration. For others, it may simply mean having a safe space to exhale, slow down, and feel less alone in what they are carrying. I work with youth, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also like to work with neurodivergent clients and people exploring identity, including 2SLGBTQIA+ and queer clients, in an affirming, non-judgmental, and a collaborative space. I am a member of CPATH (Canadian Professional for Transgender Health Association)."
