Vigour Physiotherapy is a 1-on-1 physiotherapy clinic in Saskatoon's City Park neighbourhood, directly across from Saskatoon City Hospital. Owned and operated by Nick Allard, MPT, a physiotherapist licensed in Saskatchewan since 2017, Vigour opened its doors in April 2024 with a simple goal: help people move, feel, and perform their best. Nick believes good physiotherapy starts with really listening to the person in front of him, getting to know their goals, their history, their day-to-day life and building a plan around that, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Vigour is an inclusive, welcoming space for all patients and treatment is tailored to real, individual needs rather than assumptions about who someone is or what they should be working toward. Services include individual physiotherapy assessment and treatment, virtual physiotherapy available across Saskatchewan, and group mobility and flexibility classes. No doctor's referral is required to book, and Vigour offers direct billing to most major insurers.
