Role: Gender Revolution Facilitator
Niko is a queer transmasculine nonbinary settler originally from the mountains of Western North Carolina, currently residing in Saskatoon, on Treaty 6 territory. He recently moved from Seattle, Washington where he spent several years as a stay-at-home parent. Niko holds a B.A. in Psychology and has a personal passion for trauma-informed shadow work. When he is not facilitating, Niko studies towards licensure through KCPC's Applied Psychology & Counseling program specializing in Psychotherapy. Outside of his official studies, he can be found deep-diving into niche interests including Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing modalities as well as techniques used in Jungian Sandplay therapy. In his free time, Niko enjoys fostering a love of learning and going on nature walks with his two small children and klee kai, Pixel.
