Steph Taylor (she/her) was raised on Treaty 6 Territory in Saskatoon and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. She works in human resources and is passionate about inclusive hiring practices and workspaces where people feel supported and valued. Before moving into human resources, Steph worked in private health care, where she supported her clients and learned the importance of creating spaces where people feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. She brings that same commitment to inclusion and empathy into her work in HR. Outside of work, Steph enjoys reading, gardening during the warmer months, and spending time with her dog. She also enjoys time at her family’s cabin, where she appreciates the opportunity to relax and spend time outdoors.
