Sunny is a queer South Asian living in Treaty 6 territory since 2010 in her hometown, Saskatoon. She immigrated to Canada from Bangladesh and was in Toronto, Treaty 13 territory, for 4 years before moving to Saskatoon. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2020 at the University of Saskatchewan, passing her licensing exam to become a Registered Dietitian in the same year. Sunny is passionate about improving the community and reflects by always keeping people at the forefront of her work.
